Company Research
When preparing for an interview, you should find out as much as possible about the company. This allows you to prepare for possible questions, and enables you to present yourself in a way that clearly shows your interest in the position and demonstrates how you can add value to that business.
Your research should include products and services, size (in terms of customers, turnover and profitability), future direction, growth, chairman and directors, share price and main competitors.
If you do not have the time or expertise to do the research yourself, we can undertake basic research for you, looking at the company's website and where available the latest annual report or press reports. We will provide you with a one page summary sheet about the company, and three useful interview questions relating specifically to the position you are applying for.
